Values

Every value, principle, pattern, and mechanism must serve human dignity; where anything conflicts with humaneness, it is rejected and refused — and if it still occurs, that is a betrayal of values, not a reason to weaken H0.

Reality is not negotiable; the record of what happened must not be rewritten for comfort, convenience, or commercial pressure.

There is no separate space — technical, operational, or commercial — where stated values and principles do not apply; coherence must hold across domains and across time, not only at adoption.

Every consequential commitment must be attributable to a named authority who accepted responsibility at a documented moment.

Certainty is rare; I accept that I can err and that others may see what I miss — and I refuse to pretend otherwise in the record or in how I treat dissent.

People can speak up with work-relevant truth — including doubt, error, and moral concern — without punishment for vulnerability; safety is structural, not sentimental.
