The commitment boundary is capture-mode crossing: pre-bind material (derive, assert, measure, formalise awaiting bind) becomes a commit capture — authority, evidence, policy, and moment attached. Belief, trust, tacit knowledge, and explicit knowledge feed the boundary; judgment receives what crosses it.
